Ready to learn everything you need to know about meteorites? David Weir's site Meteorite Studies is a systematic classification through photographs and can provide you with detailed information on the meteorite specimen you are researching.

There are many good  meteorite books out there with many being out of print. Al Mitterling has written meteorite book reviews for many of the best known books on meteorites.

The Meteoritical Bulletin Database, was created and is maintained by the Nomenclature Committee of The Meteoritical Society. This database provides the documented information concerning the meteorite's name and provides information on classification, location of fall or find, date and other useful information.
