The Museum
 

This picture is of the ruins of the original building on the rim which served as a museum. It was from this building that D. M. Barringer worked during the early years of the explorations at the crater. It was home to the collection of crater specimens including the Holsinger fragment. It burned down accidentally in the 1950's
